Well the flashes and gray appear to be some peeling away gel that happens normally when you age. Trouble with mine is it is attached and swinging in front of my retina and a gray cloud is most of what I see with my left eye. I went to the specialist twice and she says she doesn't feel the retina is torn which is great. Now I wait for it to dissolve so that I can see with ease.
As for all else...same old same old!
