I hate horse racing! I hate that a beautiful horse had to be euthanized following todays Kentucky Derby. Eight Belles...a filly...she came in second and then broke down on the track. I HATE horse racing! I HATE that the last thing she may remember is feeling the relentless pounding of the whip driving her to run faster than anyone thought she would. Second place!
